Dmitry Plotkin born in Nikopol, Dnepropetrovsk region, Ukraine. Studied at k / s "Mosfilm on the artist-decorator, in the Ivanovo Art School in the pedagogical department. Joined the Union of Artists in 1989.

I dedicated all my creativity to man. His relationship with the outside world, with other people, his memories, dreams, dreams... I am interested in his inner world, the formation of man as a person. It is important for me to know: What place Love plays in the life of a person? Man and Art! Their relationship seems to me one of the most important issues in modern culture. Art affects the spiritual world of man unusually strong if it meets one of the main criteria of culture - a positive influence on the soul and mind. I consider myself a representative of Russian art, so the recognition of the achievements of our culture throughout the world seems to me one of the most important tasks.
