Tanya Davi I was born and raised in Moscow. For more than 20 years I have been engaged in wine, worked with the best restaurants and hotels in Moscow, went to wineries in different parts of the world, the work gave me the opportunity to taste the wines of various wine-making regions. This is reflected in my work. I started painting in 2012 and my first works were done in acrylic and pastel. In 2013 and 2014 two solo exhibitions were held in Moscow. After the birth of my son, I moved with my family to Sevastopol, Crimea, where l organized an international group on Facebook-a community of artists and art lovers, where there are now 12,000 members. Acquaintances and shared experiences of well-known artists influenced the formation of an individual artistic style and technique. Since 2017 I began to paint in oil with a multi-layered technique and fell in love with this material infinitely. The inspiration does not leave me for a second. Pictures and images are born from my subconscious and carry a deep philosophical meaning and many mysteries.
